THE SCHEDULE 14

days out 2 full days home THE PAY $1,400 to $1,600 average gross per week once training is complete Top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross Pay scales with CPM, miles, and performance Direct deposit, every week

GETTING ON THE ROAD

$300 orientation pay, plus your transportation to orientation covered New CDL-A holders: $850/week during a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (about 200 to 250 hours of hands-on training) Already experienced? Skip straight to solo operations if you meet requirements

TO QUALIFY 21

years or older Valid Class A CDL Valid DOT Medical Card Solid driving record and work history Pass a DOT drug test and background check Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Experienced drivers need at least 6 months of verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count toward this New CDL-A holders need 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program
