Assist with loading and unloading steel materials and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment Follow clear instructions from supervisors and team leads Occasionally drive company vehicles for deliveries or pickups Support fabrication and shipping teams with material handling Perform basic yard maintenance and equipment checks

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail - safety and precision matter here Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) Forklift experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Why Join us?
