Role Description As a CDL Yard Spotter at Red Baron Transportation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow and storage of goods within our logistics hub. This position emphasizes safety and efficiency, and we seek professionals committed to upholding high standards in the logistics field. Responsibilities Move trailers within the yard to designated spots for loading and unloading. Perform pre- trip inspections on Spotter Trucks. Keep accurate records of trailer locations and movements. Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for trailer movement. Help maintain yard management, organization, and cleanliness. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Operations Manager. Comply with company policies, including those related to Conduct, Drug & Alcohol, EO, Sexual Harassment, and the no-smoking policy. Perform other assigned duties.
