Job Description

GRE Trucking - OTR 26-Foot Box Truck Driver (1099 Position) GRE Trucking is looking for a dependable and professional 26-foot box truck driver for an Over-the-Road (OTR) position. Drivers must be willing to stay out 2 weeks at a time.

Compensation:

1099 Independent Contractor Starting pay: $1,200 per week Opportunity to earn more than $1,200 per week based on performance, experience, and available loads.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on OTR routes. Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate ELD logs and comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations. Communicate with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, and any delays. Keep the truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (CDL not required if operating legally without one). Clean driving record. OTR driving experience preferred. Must know how to operate an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and accurately maintain Hours of Service (HOS) logs. Must be reliable, professional, and safety-conscious. Must be willing to stay out on the road for 2 weeks at a time.
