Yard Worker Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Yard Worker for a company in Lawrenceville, GA . Pay Rate $18.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday 1st Shift Yard Worker Duties and Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials from trucks. Move materials throughout the yard and place them in designated storage areas. Ensure materials are stacked, stored, and secured properly to prevent damage. Manually lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining an efficient yard layout. Inspect materials for quality and report any damaged products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. Participate in safety meetings and training sessions. Assist with general yard maintenance and other duties as assigned. Yard Worker Qualifications and Requirements Previous forklift experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Basic knowledge of material handling and warehouse or yard operations. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills.
