We're growing and looking for a dedicated Dump Truck Driver with lowboy hauling experience to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on role that helps keep our job sites moving safely and efficiently. You'll operate well-maintained trucks and trailers, transport materials and heavy equipment, and work alongside a team that values professionalism, safety, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Operate dump trucks, lowboy trailers, and other assigned equipment to transport materials and construction machinery. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment, including excavators and skid steers. Haul gravel, dirt, pipe, asphalt, and other construction materials to job sites throughout the metro Atlanta region. Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks. Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with applicable DOT regulations. Assist with fieldwork when needed; this position involves more than driving. Communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and field personnel. Navigate safely and efficiently to job sites using GPS and planned routes. Follow all company safety policies and applicable DOT requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of dump truck and trailer driving experience. Previous lowboy trailer experience is required. Valid Class A CDL with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Demonstrated experience hauling and securing construction equipment. Strong understanding of DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and load securement. Ability to perform physical fieldwork when needed. Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience in sewer, stormwater, or underground utility construction. Familiarity with construction materials such as pipe, gravel, dirt, and concrete. Experience operating construction equipment, including skid steers or mini-excavators.

Compensation:

Pay will be determined based on lowboy hauling experience, CDL qualifications, and overall driving experience. Work Conditions Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor as needed. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Early mornings, extended shifts, and occasional Saturdays may be required.
