Job Description

Job Summary:
The Shuttle Driver will provide reliable and efficient transportation services to all guests throughout their stay.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Greet all guests in a friendly manner, assist guests with entering and exiting the vehicle, and load guest baggage into proper storage area. Maintain the vehicles physical condition and mechanical status by communicating any needed repairs to the appropriate department. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and obtain annual inspections as necessary. Actively communicate with Front Office Manager and Front Desk staff regarding travel requests. Routinely travel to the airport or other destinations within the shuttle's established mile radius. Ensure shuttle has appropriate amount of fuel for travel. Report accidents, injuries, unsafe working conditions, and damage to the appropriate manager(s). Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills:
English speaking, reading, and writing. Proficiency using GPS devices. Ability to prioritize tasks. Valid Georgia Driver's License. 21+ years of age. A minimum of one year of related driving experience. Knowledge of workplace and road safety policies/procedures. Must be insurable under the company's insurance policy for drivers.
Physical Requirements:
Must obtain an up-to-date physical examination from the Department of Transportation.
