Job Description
Position Overview Silverleaf Management Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated part-time Compliance Driver to join our team. As the eyes on the ground for Silverleaf Management Group, our Compliance Driver plays a key role in helping our communities maintain their curb appeal and protect property values. This person will drive through assigned communities to identify and document covenant violations, capturing clear photos and accurate notes to support our compliance process. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, has a keen eye for detail, and can navigate neighborhoods efficiently using a smartphone or tablet for reporting. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, be comfortable using technology, enjoy working independently in an outdoor, community-based environment, and bring our core values of partnership, humble confidence, and integrity to life in every inspection. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license Must have a good driving record Must be able to pass a drug test Must be dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable driving for extended periods Previous experience in HOA management, property management, compliance, inspections, or field services is a plus, but not required.
Work Location:

Pay:
$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0- 40.
