JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates a data entry device to record and/or verify a variety of standard and complex coded or uncoded business data into the Company's AS-400 system Maintains driver check-in sheets, tote inventory, daily invoice listing and driver files Communicates plans to drivers using Qualcomm system Punch adjustments daily on invoices Prepares deposit at end of day and reconciles deposit Collaborates with the Accounting Department to reconcile issues with work order billings Responds promptly and courteously to all phone calls and takes accurate messages Calls customers on any broken ETAs Follows up with customers after work completed to ensure customer satisfaction Provides customers with accurate information and answers any questions regarding invoicing and deliveries. Accurately checks in drivers on completion of routes to ensure all items are returned Assists the Transportation Manager Conducts a daily check of yard / fleet of trucks Answers phones and assists in office Process reclamation All other duties and projects as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED Prior Trucking, Supervisory, Dispatch experience preferred Minimum 2 years prior dispatching experience preferred Excellent communication skills Good AS-400 and MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel) preferred Ability to periodically lift, push, pull, 50+ pounds Occasional hot/cold environment
