SERVICE ADVISOR

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact between guests and the Service Department Greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services Communicate vehicle concerns, repair timelines, and costs with confidence Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians and management to ensure an efficient workflow Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the Cadillac brand
Job Requirements:
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required Dealership experience strongly preferred GM/Cadillac experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, polished presence Confident in recommending maintenance and repairs Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A team player who takes pride in delivering an outstanding guest experience
