Job Description
We are a full service event rental company located in the city of Morrow who caters to large corporations and social events. We are a fast-growing event rentals company seeking a reliable, professional part-time driver to support our delivery and logistics team. This role is perfect for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The event industry is forever growing and the candidate's job duties may shift and change regularly, candidate must be willing to be flexible and keep up with company growth. Candidate must be willing to work some weekends. Prior event experience is a PLUS! Please read job description below. Email submission must contain an attached resume to be considered What We're Looking For Someone who takes initiative without needing constant supervision Team player who is willing to jump in where needed Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability Responsibilities Safely drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up event rentals and materials Load and unload items with care (furniture, décor, equipment, etc.) Ensure all deliveries are accurate and on schedule Communicate clearly with team members and clients during deliveries Assist with basic warehouse organization and inventory handling Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of company vehicles Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Design events based on client's request(s)/vision Ability to manage multiple clients and high volume of inquiries Setup and execute timeline builds using internal system for both large and small corporate/social events. Possible walkthroughs at venues for larger productions on an as needed basis Coordinating calendars and scheduling client phone meetings Ability to track and document a high amount of event details for multiple clients at a time. Ability to work cross-functionally with team members and STRONG communication skills Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Previous driving/delivery experience preferred (box truck experience a plus) Self-starter with strong time management skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multi task and work efficiently under pressure Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to lift and move up to 50+ lbs Reliable and punctual Vehicle to get to and from office
