Position Overview:

As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member at The Shoreline Group DBA Carter Land Services , you will help maintain and care for residential and commercial landscaped outdoor living spaces across Coastal Georgia. This role focuses on routine landscape maintenance such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and general property upkeep to keep every property looking clean, healthy, and well-maintained. We are looking for dependable team members who are willing to learn, punctual, responsible, organized, and able to follow directions while taking pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Assist with pruning shrubs, maintaining plant beds, and general landscape upkeep. Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional. Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment. Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete routes efficiently.

Qualifications:

Clean driving record and valid driver's license required. (minimum 3 years of experience) Ability to pass a drug screening and background check. Prior landscaping experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Punctual, responsible, and dependable. Ability to follow directions and stay organized while working. Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation to work.
