Experienced Flatbed Tow Truck Operator

MINIMUM 3 YEARS OF HANDS-ON FLATBED TOWING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Applicants without actual flatbed towing experience will not be considered. Position Description Budget Towing USA is hiring experienced flatbed tow truck operators for a high-volume towing operation. Operators must be able to work independently, manage multiple calls per shift, and remain productive and efficient under active dispatch conditions.

Compensation Expected earnings:

$25.00-$35.00 per hour This is a commission-based, pay-for-performance position. Earnings depend on completed work and productivity. Consistent work is available for safe, dependable, and productive operators. Requirements Minimum three years of hands-on flatbed towing experience Current DOT Medical Card Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check Experience with winching, recoveries, and vehicle repositioning Knowledge of proper 8-point vehicle securement TowBook or similar dispatch-system experience preferred Ability to work independently without constant supervision Responsibilities Complete multiple service calls per shift—typically 6-10, depending on call volume and type Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles Complete all required photographs and documentation Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch Follow all company safety and operating procedures Remain productive and complete assigned calls safely and efficiently Work Environment Active dispatch Fast-paced, high-efficiency workflow Regular driving throughout the service area Independent field work Performance expectations based on safety, productivity, and completed calls Please Read Before Applying This position requires driving, physical work, customer interaction, and the willingness to complete assigned calls.
