Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, gravel, and asphalt to and from production plants and construction sites
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the dump truck
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads
- Perform routine maintenance on the dump truck, such as checking all fluid levels and tire pressure
- Perform pre-trip and post
- trip daily inspection of dumptruck
- Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy equipment
- Familiarity with paving, building, and construction processes
- Valid CDL driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
