Job description: We are seeking an experienced Repossession Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team. The right candidate will have prior tow truck driving experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in the field. Responsibilities Safely recover collateral and assets for clients Investigate and track vehicle locations for repossession Secure and tow vehicles to designated company yards Report repossessions to law enforcement within required timeframes Complete personal property inventory per state requirements Follow company policies and maintain professionalism in the field Requirements Previous tow truck driving experience required Good driving record (MVR will be reviewed) Clean Criminal Background Must be at least 23 years of age (per commercial insurance requirements) Ability to work independently without direct supervision Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop for reporting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow remote instructions Ability to act discreetly and professionally at all times Must be able to commute to Tampa, FL 33610 or relocate before starting Benefits Competitive pay: $50,000 - $90,000 per year (based on performance and experience) Paid time off Growth opportunities in the repossession industry Schedule Day Shift and Overnight Full-time, on-site
