East-West Express is looking for an experienced Local CDL-A Driver to join our team in Villa Rica, GA. Our local drivers primarily move refrigerated loads from our Villa Rica yard to customers throughout the Atlanta area, along with other local and regional assignments as needed. This position is ideal for a driver who wants to be home daily but is also comfortable with a schedule that can vary based on freight and customer needs. What You'll Do Pick up and deliver refrigerated loads throughout the Atlanta area Move loaded and empty trailers between customers and our Villa Rica yard Handle other local and regional runs as needed Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain communication with Dispatch throughout your shift Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements Maintain professional communication with customers and our Operations team Schedule This is not a set 8:00 AM-5:00 PM position. Local freight operates around customer schedules, so start times and hours will vary. Drivers must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include: Early mornings Late nights Daytime shifts Weekends as needed Approximately 30-50 hours per week Drivers are home daily , but applicants should have flexibility regarding when their workday begins and ends.
