What We Offer $28/hour with overtime after 40 hours — consistent full-time hours, real weekly paychecks Sign-on bonus for qualified drivers Performance bonus opportunities 401(k) Health, vision, and disability insurance Paid time off and paid training Employee discount and referral program Steady, consistent full-time hours — no chasing loads What You'll Do Deliver, swap, and pick up roll-off dumpsters at residential, commercial, and military base job sites across Oahu Safely operate and maneuver roll-off trucks in tight residential and commercial spaces Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep your truck route-ready Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally throughout your shift Manage multiple stops and shifting priorities independently What You'll Need Valid CDL Class B (Hawaii license in good standing) — Class A a plus Proven experience driving roll-off trucks Clean driving record with no moving violations Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles Physically fit — able to lift up to 50 lbs Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working solo Reliable transportation to arrive on time at the yard and job sites Additional Requirements US citizenship required (security clearance needed for military base access) Proof of legal right to work in the United States Post-offer drug screening, physical test, and background check required
