Merchandiser/Driver/Production - Menehune Water Company Aiea, HI (Oahu) | Full-Time About Us Menehune Water Company (MWC) is Hawaii's own water distribution company, proudly serving the islands with 5-Gallon, Small Pack, and PET product lines across retail, military, and commercial accounts. We're looking for a hardworking, versatile team member to support our merchandising, delivery, and production operations. About the Role This is a hands-on, multi-function role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and doesn't mind switching between tasks throughout the day. You'll help keep our products stocked at retail locations, support delivery routes, and assist with production/warehouse operations as needed. What You'll Do Merchandising Visit assigned retail accounts to stock, rotate, and merchandise MWC products Build and maintain product displays that meet company standards Check inventory levels and report low or out-of-stock situations Maintain clean, organized shelf space and remove damaged or expired product Driving/Delivery Operate a company vehicle to deliver product to assigned accounts Load and unload product; lift and carry cases of water (up to 40 lbs) Complete daily delivery/visit reports and maintain accurate records Follow all safety guidelines for vehicle operation and product handling Production Assist with bottling, packaging, or warehouse production tasks as assigned Support inventory staging, palletizing, and quality checks Maintain a clean, safe production/warehouse work area Follow standard operating procedures for equipment and materials handling What We're Looking For Valid Hawaii driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple types of tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Prior merchandising, delivery, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required Ability to pass a background check (required for military base access, if applicable) Flexibility to work early mornings; occasional weekend availability a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off 401(k) with company match A supportive, local, family-oriented company culture Menehune Water Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
