Job Description

CDL A Driver We are seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL A Drivers to join our growing transportation team. Responsibilities:
Operate tractor-trailer combinations safely and efficiently across regional or long-haul routes Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment Transport freight in accordance with all applicable DOT regulations and company policies Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery information Secure cargo properly using appropriate equipment and load securement techniques Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries while maximizing fuel economy Respond professionally to changing schedules, weather conditions, and unexpected delays Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to management Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicle Complete all required paperwork accurately and submit in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service at pickup and delivery locations
Requirements:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years Ability to pass DOT physical examination and drug screening Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements Excellent driving skills in various weather and road conditions Ability to lift and move freight up to 50 pounds when necessary Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Reliable attendance and punctuality Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus during long drives We value our drivers and understand that your success is our success.
