Our goal is to put drivers in positions that work for both their experience and their personal needs. Equipment Our fleet primarily consists of Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks. Depending on the position, drivers may operate End Dumps, Roll-Offs, Hopper Bottoms, and other bulk freight equipment. What We're Looking For Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience At least 2 years of on-the-road/OTR experience Satisfactory safety record Satisfactory employment history Reliable and safety-conscious work ethic Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management Ability to safely perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ability to follow DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations End Dump, Roll-Off, or Hopper Bottom experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to consider drivers with other types of CDL A experience who meet our safety and employment requirements. What You'll Do Safely operate commercial equipment according to the position you're placed in Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Safely load, transport, and unload bulk freight Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations Maintain accurate logs and required documentation Communicate with dispatch regarding loads, routes, and any issues that arise Maintain a professional relationship with customers and other members of the Forret team Keep equipment clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly Follow all company safety procedures and cargo-handling requirements Which Position Is Right for You?
