Job Description
Description Edwards Auto Group, based in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a reliable Sub-contracted Transport Driver to jour our team. This is an On-call position with availability needed Monday-Friday. This is a great position for a retiree with experience driving large trucks and or heavy equipment. The Transport Driver is paid based on mileage, with flat-rate pay for certain round trip distances. Earning varying pay from $250-$1250+ per week. Responsibilities Secure & Transport vehicles to and from residential & commercial customers including dealer trades etc. Load & unload vehicles Complete all required paperwork Maintain communication throughout each trip Take detailed photos of each vehicle before and after transport Requirements MUST have previous OTR trucking or similar driver experience CDL license is preferred Clean MVR Excellent communication skills as you will be working with residential and commercial customers
