Job description We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation or delivery services, seamlessly integrating into the flexible network of independent earners. This role creates impact by empowering individuals with reliable mobility and convenient access to goods across various cities through an onsite and flexible work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a personal vehicle to transport passengers or goods, adhering to all traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines for reliable service delivery.
• Utilize the Uber driver application to accept trip requests, navigate routes efficiently, and communicate effectively with riders or customers for smooth transactions.
• Manage personal driving schedule to maximize earning potential and meet promotional thresholds, leveraging the platform's flexibility for independent income generation. Job benefits
• Earn a guaranteed minimum of $825 for completing 95 trips in 30 days, with the option to cash out earnings up to 5 times daily.

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23), demonstrating a history of safe and responsible vehicle operation.
