• Possess at least 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23 years old) to ensure safe and reliable passenger transport.
• Operate a 4-door vehicle meeting Uber's standards and possess a valid U.S. driver's license and vehicle insurance for legal compliance.
