NOW HIRING
— Snow Removal Subcontractors | Cedar Rapids / Marion Area ES&D Services is expanding our snow removal operations for the 2026-2027 season and looking for reliable operators to join our crew.
What we need from you:
✅ Your own plow truck and plow in good working condition ✅ Commercial general liability insurance ✅ Commercial auto insurance ✅ Reliability — when it snows, you show up. Simple as that.
What we offer:
$80/hour 4-hour minimum guaranteed per billable event Consistent work across commercial and residential accounts in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area Professional operation with organized dispatch, clear communication, and routes planned in advance We run a tight, professional operation. If you take pride in your work, show up when you say you will, and want steady snow season income without chasing down your check — we want to talk.
Pay:
$75.00 - $80.00 per hour
