Town & Country Disposal , a Waste Connections company , is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Rock Rapids, Iowa! No CDL? No problem! We provide the truck, training, and even pay for your CDL to help you grow your career.

What You'll Do:

Safely operate a company vehicle on designated routes Pick up and transport waste and recycling materials Maintain accurate records of pick-ups and deliveries Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch
