Crane Operator / CDL Driver - Commercial Roofing Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company Boone Brothers Roofing, a Nations Roof Company—and one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S.—is seeking a Crane Operator / CDL Driver to support our commercial construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring the safe lifting, transport, and placement of materials on job sites and rooftops. Crane experience is a plus, but we're willing to train candidates with strong heavy equipment experience who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a crane to lift and place roofing materials on commercial job sites Drive company CDL vehicles to transport materials and equipment Load and unload materials using a crane, forklift, or other equipment Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment Set up and operate crane equipment in compliance with safety standards Assist with material handling and general job site support as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Requirements:

Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred) with a clean driving record Experience operating heavy equipment (required) Crane operator experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to safety and detail Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift and move materials as needed
