ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Capable to transport livestock via intrastate and interstate Must fill out and maintain proper daily log sheets and mileage sheets per DOT regulations. These must be turned in at the end of the every week. Must successfully pass renewal of DOT physicaland required drug tests. Must maintain certification and follow all TQA guidelines in the Humane Handling of Livestock. Must maintain clean transportation equipment and personal appearance. Works with Transportation Manager on schedules On Time Delivery Performs other duties as needed and/or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Required level of experience : 25 years of age with 2 years OTR experience preferable. Valid CDL license with good driving record. Meet and maintain company insurance guidelines. Current DOT physical; Required pre-employment drug test. Physical requirements-must be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs. Work well with livestock buyers, plant personnel and maintain security about our business.
