Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Water Truck Driver to join our team at one of our gravel pits, located off Pleasant Valley Road in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a water truck to transport and distribute water on-site, ensuring dust control and supporting other operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate water trucks to transport and distribute water within the gravel pit. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload water from the truck, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the vehicle. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the truck as needed. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with experience operating water trucks. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy hoses and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent.
