Knight Transport, LLC is hiring a CDL-A Regional Driver for our Spokane-based curtain van lane. This position is ideal for a driver who enjoys regional work, takes pride in properly securing freight, and wants consistent home time without being out on the road for weeks at a time. Route & Schedule Based out of Spokane, Washington Run from Spokane into Montana and surrounding areas , then return Typically out 4-5 days at a time Home for your reset Regional customer freight with consistent lanes Loads will typically include multiple stops , requiring the driver to manage deliveries throughout the route Pay & Benefits Average weekly pay of $1,200-$1,500 Benefits package Consistent customer freight Regular home time Supportive dispatch and operations team Equipment You will be assigned a Kenworth T680 automatic paired with a curtain van trailer. Our goal is to provide our drivers with quality, well-maintained equipment they can rely on every week. Driver Responsibilities This is a hands-on driving position. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting and delivering freight while maintaining proper load securement throughout the trip.

Responsibilities include:

Properly securing freight using straps and appropriate securement techniques Checking and maintaining securement throughout the trip Opening and closing the curtain van as required for loading and unloading Completing multiple customer stops on each load Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintaining accurate paperwork and trip documentation Communicating with dispatch regarding deliveries, delays, and customer needs Maintaining a professional attitude when working with customers Following all DOT regulations and Knight Transport, LLC safety procedures We are looking for a driver who understands that proper freight securement is a critical part of the job.
