On the road Responsibilities Safely operate tankers Transport food-grade products while maintaining the highest safety and sanitation standards. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate DOT logs, inspection reports, and delivery paperwork. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, route updates, and customer needs. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
