Job Summary AAA Paving is looking for a dependable and experienced Part-Time Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our paving crew. This is a local position with no long-haul driving . The driver will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck to transport asphalt, gravel, dirt, and other materials to and from local job sites. We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable working around active construction sites, and able to work as part of a crew.

$35.00 per hour

Local work — no long hauls Responsibilities Safely operate a dump truck to and from local paving and construction sites Transport asphalt, gravel, dirt, and other materials Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures Safely load, haul, and dump materials at designated locations Communicate with paving crews, equipment operators, and supervisors Maintain awareness of workers, equipment, traffic, and changing job-site conditions Keep the truck reasonably clean and report maintenance or mechanical concerns Complete required driving or vehicle documentation as needed Arrive on time and be dependable throughout the workday Required Qualifications & Skills Valid Class A CDL Ability to safely operate a dump truck Safe and responsible driving habits Knowledge of basic DOT and commercial vehicle safety requirements Ability to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Comfortable maneuvering and backing a large truck in construction areas Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with the crew Dependable and punctual Good situational awareness and attention to safety Ability to work outdoors and around heavy equipment Ability to work independently when needed while still functioning as part of a team Ability to drive a manual-transmission commercial vehicle Interested applicants can apply online at www.aaapaving.biz .
