Get Paid for Performance. Be Home on Weekends. We're currently hiring OTR Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers to join our growing team! If you're looking for weekly home time, the flexibility of over-the-road driving, and a pay structure that rewards your hustle, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer:
25% of Load Revenue
  • The harder you work, the more you make! Weekly pay! Wages ranging from $70,000

    We offer a tiered reimbursement program to help with health insurance premiums after 3, 6, and 12 months of service. Independent Contractors are eligible for a contribution towards their health insurance premiums, not a full insurance policy. This program is offered as a token of appreciation for your commitment to the company. Weekends at home
  • Consistent home time for a good work-life balance.
Freedom to run in the Western U.S.:
WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NV, CA, UT, AZ, NM, TX.

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL. 2+ years of recent CDL-A driving experience (REQUIRED). Flatbed experience preferred, but willing to train. Must be 21 years or older. Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 5 years). Able to read and understand English for paperwork, directions, regulations, etc.

On the road (OTR), with drivers preferred to be based in Idaho or Utah. Important Notes on
Health Insurance Assistance:
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own health insurance policy. After 3 months of continuous service, you'll become eligible for a contribution toward your health insurance premiums. This program is an optional incentive for long-term service and is provided at the following milestones: 3 months: First milestone 6 months: Second milestone 12 months: Third milestone After reaching the 12-month milestone, you will continue to receive a monthly contribution at the 12-month rate each month as long as you remain an active contractor. This contribution will be paid as a token of appreciation for your continued service. This program is not a formal employee benefit and does not alter your independent contractor status
