Health Insurance Assistance:
We offer a tiered reimbursement program to help with health insurance premiums after 3, 6, and 12 months of service. Independent Contractors are eligible for a contribution towards their health insurance premiums, not a full insurance policy. This program is offered as a token of appreciation for your commitment to the company. Weekends at home- Consistent home time for a good work-life balance.
Freedom to run in the Western U.S.:
WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, NV, CA, UT, AZ, NM, TX.

Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL. 2+ years of recent CDL-A driving experience (REQUIRED). Flatbed experience preferred, but willing to train. Must be 21 years or older. Clean driving record (no major violations in the last 5 years). Able to read and understand English for paperwork, directions, regulations, etc.

Health Insurance Assistance:
As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own health insurance policy. After 3 months of continuous service, you'll become eligible for a contribution toward your health insurance premiums. This program is an optional incentive for long-term service and is provided at the following milestones: 3 months: First milestone 6 months: Second milestone 12 months: Third milestone After reaching the 12-month milestone, you will continue to receive a monthly contribution at the 12-month rate each month as long as you remain an active contractor. This contribution will be paid as a token of appreciation for your continued service. This program is not a formal employee benefit and does not alter your independent contractor status
