Summary We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Reliable Towing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient towing services to our customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation as a reliable service provider. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks to transport vehicles as needed. Respond promptly to towing requests and provide courteous service to customers. Perform vehicle inspections before and after towing to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring no damage occurs during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding towing procedures. Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage and vehicle condition. Maintain clean and organized equipment, including daily vehicle inspections, cleaning and washing of equipment. Requirements Valid Drivers License with clean MVR Proven experience in commercial driving or towing operations preferred. No moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years. Ability to pass pre-employment/random drug test screening Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicles and towing equipment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to manage conflicts professionally and calmly under pressure.
