Waste Connections is seeking a CDL Portable Restroom Driver for our Twin Falls, ID team. In this field-based role, you will safely operate a CDL truck to deliver, service, and pick up portable restrooms for residential, commercial, and event customers. Responsibilities include pumping, cleaning, and restocking units; performing DOT-compliant pre/post-trip inspections; and maintaining clean, reliable equipment. You will work outdoors in all weather, follow strict safety and environmental standards, and provide professional, courteous service while supporting essential environmental and community needs. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL truck to deliver, service, and pick up portable restrooms on assigned routes Inspect, pump, clean, and restock portable units to company quality standards Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required DOT logs Follow all safety, environmental, and DOT regulations and company policies Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding service needs and route changes Maintain clean, professional equipment and a safe work area Handle basic troubleshooting and minor field adjustments to equipment Provide courteous, respectful service representing Waste Connections in the community Required Skills CDL Class A or B truck operation Defensive and safe driving practices Route planning and time management Portable restroom pumping and cleaning procedures DOT compliance and recordkeeping Vehicle inspection and basic maintenance Use of GPS, dispatch, and route software Hazard recognition and safety protocols Customer service and communication Physical stamina for outdoor, labor-intensive work
