ProFlow Pumping Solutions is seeking an experienced C-Class Driver & Equipment Operator to support our facility and operational needs. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual with strong equipment operating and driving experience who can work independently, support the team, and safely handle a variety of responsibilities.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform snowplowing and snow removal during winter weather. Support landscaping and general property maintenance activities. Assist with warehouse operations, material handling, loading/unloading, and facility needs. Operate equipment and tools required for assigned work. Complete local driving, pickups, deliveries, and material movement as needed. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and safe condition. Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle requirements. Help coordinate daily work and provide direction to other employees when needed. Qualifications Valid C-Class driver's license required. Previous professional driving and equipment operating experience required. Experience with snowplowing required. Experience with landscaping/property maintenance required. Experience in a warehouse, industrial, or similar hands-on environment. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong safety awareness and a responsible driving history. Dependable, flexible, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments. Ability to respond to seasonal/weather-related needs, including snow events, as required. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Primarily works in a warehouse/shop environment, with some outdoor work as needed. Regularly works in non-climate-controlled areas and may be exposed to hot, cold, or changing weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the full shift. Must be able to safely perform driving, equipment operation, snow removal, landscaping, and material-handling duties as required.
