Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver and take the wheel in delivering essential freight across diverse routes! This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate top of the line commercial trucks, ensuring you'll be at the forefront of logistics operations, navigating regional routes with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks with a valid CDL A license across assigned routes, including regional driving routes. No touch freight adhering to safety standards. Transport various types of cargo Use GPS navigation systems to follow optimized routes, ensuring timely deliveries while complying with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer or truck to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and cargo documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate pickups and deliveries, providing exceptional delivery driver experience. Requirements Valid CDL A license with a clean
MVR , 18
months experience operating tractor-trailers or commercial truck. Familiarity with various manual transmissions Understanding of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements. Strong navigation skills using GPS systems for route planning and adherence to delivery schedules. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, compliance with DOT regulations, and customer service excellence.
Pay:
$1,700.00 - $2,500.00 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
