Full load details provided before every trip Repeat lanes when volume allows Home Time Drivers can plan around home every week for 1 day. Benefits This position includes the following benefits: Fuel discount Passenger ride along program Paid orientation Fuel card 401(k) with match Paid time off Dental & Vision insurance Requirements Valid Class A CDL Must be at least 21 years old (federal interstate commerce requirement) Valid DOT medical card Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug and alcohol testing Driving record that meets DOT and company safety standards 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience Legally authorized to work in the United States Ability to operate safely in Regional conditions Refrigerated (reefer) experience is helpful but not required Strong communication and time-management skills Comfortable using an electronic logging device (ELD) On the Road Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle Pick up and deliver loads on assigned Regional routes Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation Complete required trip paperwork and inspections Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns when needed Secure loads and verify counts before leaving the shipper Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections Actual weekly pay depends on experience, available miles, route availability, and overall performance.
