Compensation Starting:

$54,080 (based on experience) 45-50 hours/week typical Performance-based growth opportunities About the Role This role is for someone who can run daily operations, lead drivers, and make decisions under pressure . You'll be responsible for coordinating routes, managing staffing, and ensuring service levels are met. This is a key leadership position , not an entry-level admin job. Core Responsibilities Own daily route planning and driver coverage Act as liaison with FedEx operations Lead hiring: screening, interviewing, onboarding Monitor KPIs (service failures, complaints, efficiency) Coordinate and communicate fleet maintenance with drivers + management Address operational issues in real time Support driver training and safety compliance Willing and able to complete physically demanding delivery routes for call-off and vacation coverage.
