Qualifications & Requirements Valid Illinois CDL Class B , and DOT Medical Certification Minimum 1 year experience. HAZMAT Endorsement is required for all drivers. If you don't have HAZMAT, you must start the process before your first day, complete adding HAZMAT to your license within your first 30 days. R&M offers practice and study materials. Clean driving record, including accident history, for the past 5 years. High School diploma, or GED equivalent.
