Position Summary:

We're seeking a dependable Driver / Crew Leader with experience operating tractor-trailers to lead a team of movers during local and long-distance moves. If you're hands-on, a great communicator, and can lead by example, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive tractor-trailer safely to and from job sites

Hybrid Route:

Regional & OTR Lead and supervise a team of movers on-site Load and unload household or commercial goods efficiently and safely Communicate clearly with customers and ensure a positive move experience Complete electronic BOLs and collect payments when needed Ensure company equipment is handled with care and returned in good condition

Requirements:

23+ Years old Must have a CDL-A 3+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle Ability to lift/carry 75+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the day Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills Ability to pass background check and drug screening Punctual, respectful, and professional demeanor
