The Money:

50 cents per mile (CPM) with health insurance. 55 CPM without health insurance.

Mileage bonus:

95CPM for miles over 2,000 per week. Average weekly Pay $1,400 to $2,000 in IL Sign-on bonus: $5000.

Paid orientation:

$300. Weekly pay.

Van/Reefer - No-touch Freight Consistent miles, no guesswork No touch freight and 70% drop and hook.
