Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL Class C Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport goods efficiently across designated routes. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, adhering to all traffic and DOT regulations, and ensuring timely deliveries. This position offers an energetic work environment where your driving skills and commitment to safety will make a significant impact on our operations. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and delivery vans to transport goods to various locations, including customer sites and warehouses Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while following safe lifting practices Deliver packages and materials directly to customers' locations, including personal vehicle deliveries when required Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and route logs using mobile devices or digital tracking systems Follow all traffic regulations, DOT guidelines, and company policies to ensure safety during route driving Assist with warehouse operations by moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting manual handling tasks as needed Communicate professionally with customers and team members to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly Qualifications Valid CDL Class C license with a clean driving record Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience Familiarity with commercial driving, box trucks, and van operations Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely in accordance with workplace safety standards Knowledge of route driving, traffic regulations, and DOT (Department of Transportation) requirements Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks is a plus Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during deliveries Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team if you're ready to drive your career forward! $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
