(Department of Transportation) regulations Time management Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances while operating our company van and truck. Responsibilities Following DOT regulations and all safety rules, operate company van or truck and perform duties to pick-up and deliver a wide variety of parts and materials from customers locally. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:
Commercial Drivers License (CDL) - Class A A clean driving record, and able to regularly pass scheduled physical examinations, and appropriate In-House Task Tests. Must be able to communicate with customers, peers and members of management …read, write and speak…in English. Personable self-starter with outstanding 'customer service' skills and excellent time management. Must exercise common sense and think on their feet, making quick, informed decisions as necessary. Must be willing and able to adhere to established priorities yet flexible to meet customer demands.
