Key Responsibilities Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social outings, and scheduled activities. Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during transport by following all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle for transportation purposes. Communicate kindly and effectively with residents, ensuring positive and supportive interactions. Ensure timely and safe transport to and from appointments and events. Adhere to all local and state driving regulations and maintain a safe driving record. Perform additional duties as requested by campus administration. Schedule Full-time hours, primarily daytime. Flexibility required for occasional evenings or weekends when residents need transportation. Requirements Valid Illinois driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with residents and staff. Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to assist in a team environment. Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and comfort. Why Join Us?
