HPC Industrial powered by Clean Harbors seeks a Class A or B CDL Driver/Equipment Operator to support our Environmental Transportation & Logistics team. This field-based role operates trucks and specialized industrial cleaning equipment at energy, petrochemical, and industrial sites. Responsibilities include safe CDL driving, equipment setup and operation, industrial cleaning and material handling, and strict adherence to safety and environmental procedures. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused team players, able to work in demanding conditions and build skills for advancement into lead and specialist roles. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A or B CDL trucks and environmental equipment to and from client sites Perform industrial cleaning, vacuuming, and materials handling at energy, petrochemical, and industrial facilities Follow all HPC Industrial and Clean Harbors safety procedures, including PPE, JSA, and confined space protocols Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot assigned vehicles and equipment; report defects promptly Accurately complete logs, manifests, and required DOT and company documentation Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors in demanding field conditions Assist with hose rigging, setup, and demobilization of job sites Comply with environmental, DOT, and client-specific regulations and standards Required Skills Class A/B CDL driving Heavy equipment operation (vacuum trucks, loaders, hydroblasters) DOT and FMCSA compliance Hazardous materials handling Industrial cleaning procedures Basic mechanical troubleshooting Load securement and rigging Job safety analysis (JSA) and LOTO practices Use of PPE and safety systems Reading work orders and service tickets
