Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to various locations. This role requires experience in operating semi trucks, stepdecks trailers and flatbeds, while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Pay every Friday, on 1099 Responsibilities Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently using stepdeck ramps when necessary. Secure the load using chains or straps as required. Ensure compliance with all federal and state driving regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and functionality. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Deliver goods to designated locations in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws. Handle paperwork associated with deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the vehicle type. Real ID Twic card is a plus Experience operating flatbed and stepdeck trailers preferred, with minimum experience of 1 Years Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles is highly desirable. Strong understanding of load securement practices and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
