Job Summary Based in Chicagoland, DC Intermodal/Transport is actively hiring experienced port and flatbed drivers to join our team. Requirements Candidates must be able to pass a background check, in compliance with applicable law. Hold a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Must be over the age 21 Must have a clean driving record (MVR) with no moving violations, at-fault accidents, or serious traffic citations within the last 3 years Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience 2007 or newer tractor (day or sleeper cab) Legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass a pre-employment drug test if selected as a final candidate. Adhere to the strict zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy Per FMCSA regulations, applicants must be proficient in English to communicate with law enforcement, dispatch, and safety personnel. General Liability & Workers Compensation Insurance Coverage Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards.
