Job Description

CDL Class A /
Class B Delivery Driver Location:
2500 Lunt Ave, Elk Grove Village, IL Compensation $1,200 per week (Average Base Pay)
Paid Biweekly Out-of-State Route Bonus:
$200-$400 per trip
Schedule:
3-4 work days per week Primarily out-of-state routes (likely a 2 day and 1 night trip) with one local delivery day each week Early morning start Full-time position
Job Summary:
Aroma International Inc. is seeking reliable and hardworking CDL Class A and Class B Delivery Drivers to join our growing transportation team. Drivers will operate refrigerated straight trucks (GVWR over 26,000 lbs) delivering seafood, frozen foods, dry goods, and restaurant supplies to restaurants across the Midwest. This is NOT a No-Touch Freight position. Drivers are responsible for unloading products and delivering products directly into customer locations.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate 26-foot refrigerated straight trucks (GVWR over 26,000 lbs) Complete assigned out-of-state and local delivery routes safely and efficiently Unload products using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and lift gates Deliver products directly into restaurants and customer facilities Verify orders and obtain customer signatures (POD) Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain proper refrigerated temperatures throughout deliveries Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Provide excellent customer service at every stop Return all delivery paperwork at the end of each route
Qualifications:
Valid CDL Class A or Class B License Valid DOT Medical Card Clean driving record Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable performing physical deliveries throughout the day Excellent attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and customer service skills Food service delivery experience is preferred Physical Requirements Not a No-Touch Freight position Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and unloading Ability to work in various weather conditions Comfortable making multiple restaurant deliveries each route Why Join Aroma International? $1,200/week average base pay Paid biweekly Additional $200-$400 out-of-state trip bonus 3-4 work days per week Primarily out-of-state routes with one local day each week Stable year-round employment Modern refrigerated fleet Long-term career growth opportunities
