Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for patients and driving them to and from appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth scheduling and efficient patient flow
• Follow established protocols for handling emergency calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Scan documents into Residents charts.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with phone systems and appointment scheduling software
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
