at otigroupinc in Glendale Heights, Illinois, United States Job Description Drive tractor-trailer and/or straight trucks to transport and deliver products and materials on local and interstate routes, including over-the-road and overnight travel. Inspect vehicles, safety equipment, and cargo to ensure safe operating conditions and properly secured loads. Plan and follow assigned routes, comply with weigh station requirements, maintain required driving logs and transportation documentation, and follow applicable DOT, state, and federal safety regulations. Communicate with dispatch, customers, vendors, and other drivers as necessary. Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions and assist with loading or unloading when required.
